The hotel staff was helpful, especially Mr TURKI and Mr MARWAN. The location is excellent, right next to the haram, but lacks commercial activity. The dining options could be improved for a more diverse palate, but the rooms were up to standard.

I was lucky to enjoy the super comfortable and wide rooms with a beautiful Haram view thanks to the manager. It was truly amazing to wake up and see the peaceful Masjid right from my bed. The room was perfect, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. However, being on a low floor without a view of the Haram was a downside, and the bathroom towels had a very unpleasant smell.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms are super comfortable and spacious, thanks to the manager who upgraded me to a beautiful Haram view room. Imagine sitting on your bed and seeing the peaceful Masjid in Madina. After about 8 hours of checking in, returning to such a view was simply amazing. The service was top-notch, super clean, and well-organized. The location couldn't have been better, with views of Haram and Jannat ul Baqi. The dining had different varieties and really good food. Overall, a great experience with some room for improvement in dining options.
